Best Smoothie Bowl for Weight Loss

This smoothie bowl is fast and easy to make, but it will provide fat burning benefits that will help increase weight loss. Additionally, because it has plenty of dietary fiber, you'll stay full all morning. A great way to fight back against mid-morning cravings.

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl Bases:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, thawed or frozen
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp flax seed

Smoothie Bowl Toppings

  • 1 strawberry, sliced
  • 10 blueberries
  • 5 pecan halves, raw
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 1/4 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all of the smoothie bowl base ingredients to the blender jar. For best results, add the ingredients in the order listed in the recipe. Blend until the mixture is smooth. 

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and arrange toppings in an attractive manner.
