Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (chunky or creamy)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Chill for about 30 minutes until the mixture can be easily handled. Roll into 24 balls. Place balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Freeze the balls for about 1 hour or until set.
